- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communications skills both oral and written
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation, an excellent driving record and a valid driver's license
- Comfortable around animals and animals comfortable around you
- Must love animals!
